Daily Duties at Jm Waller :

• Areas of responsibilities include Puerto Rico ARMY, ARMY Reserves and National Guard Facility Centers and DoD Properties. • Preparation of planning schedule programs and design documents necessary to facilitate the execution of the maintenance, repair, construction, sustainment, restoration and modernization projects requirements for the Department of Defense at Puerto Rico sites. • Management and oversight support services for all DoD. Facilities new and remodel ones. • Provide planning to develop, phase and estimate future projects based on the plan and guidance provided by the client (ARMY). • Prepare request for Real Estate actions, excesses, availability, disposal and Environmental Consideration. • Review and analyze Facilities Inspection Sheets to ensure 100% accuracy. • Assist the Master Planning Division Chief and Real Property Branch Manager with the annual Certification. • Liaison between Ft. Buchanan ARMY and the Corp of Engineers in relation to all news main construction projects regarding the Armed Forces Reserve Centers and National Guard. • Responsible of ensuring for the Washington Head Quarters and the end-user customer. • The all projects are kept within time schedules, costs remain within the established budget and that the quality and design are in compliance.
