Review and draft licensing agreements, purchase and sale agreements, real estate and agricultural lease agreements, review oil and gas mineral leases. Resolve vendor disputes. Intercede on behalf of the company on pollution and violation notices of administrative agencies such as California Department of Oil and Gas.
