Daily Duties at Baylor Home Care:
Provide education and guidance to clinical staff on completion of oasis assessments and also other admission documents. Responsibilities include analysis of state validation reports concerning oasis message errors, billing activities and utilization review activities. Participate in analysis of PPS including completion of groupers to analyze the financial impact on agency operations and to evaluate the current agency patient mix. Participate as a member of the corporate oasis committee.
