Performance improvement activities to include analysis of OBQI measures and activities, validation reports, Oasis documents and medical record documentation. Participated in the analysis of PPS to include analysis of case-mix diagnosis, ICD-9-CM coding and the financial impact on the agency. Provided education to nursing and therapy staff on the collection of accurate oasis data and required documentation on progress notes
