Provided prospective members with in-depth knowledge of the club facilities, various fitness programs offered as well as a competitive benefit/cost ratio to help them make an informed decision regarding their health and fitness well-being. Built rapport with potential members, toured them around the facility and answered any questions in an effort to promote club memberships. • Worked with customers on selecting proper payment plans that would allow them to meet their fitness goals.
