Managed up to 35 technicians, virtually, within a 4 state territory. Aligned employee performance management as well as on-boarding best practices for optimum customer satisfaction. Intricately analyzed data to provide top-notch service delivery. Innovatively formulated resourceful solutions to exceed customer requests, while overseeing a $1MM book of clients, including Fifth Third Bank, Wal-Mart, Grand Victoria Casino and Northern Kentucky International Airport.
