Daily Duties at Aames Home Loans:
Provided group sales training for the branch that consisted of 10 retail loan officers and 3 support staff, training consisted of product knowledge scenarios, daily action tasks on where you will get your business from, getting the loan officers involved with talking about their own success stories and what they did to gain that success. Reviewed loans for accuracy and compliance regulations, mentored loan officers who wanted to become Branch managers, helped develop new products to help enhance closing ability of higher California loan amounts
