Contact Management for daily recruiting activities that consisted of prospecting successful loan officers within the industry, Conducted Branch level and Regional level Training Classes, These classes consisted of setting short term goals, be different than everyone else,product knowledge (know what you are selling and know your competition, creating a positive environment,Loan auditting to ensure timely closings and compliance regulations, Budget analysis activities that included reviewing of monthly branch P&L statements, development of new products for an increase in capturing more of the market share.Responsible for all on-boarding of new Branch managers and Loan Officers
