Manage Map Room Western Region assuring the highest levels of customer service, flood zone dtermination accuracy, and staff development and performance. Develop staff in all aspects of performance, preparing and assessing annual performance. Provide leadership of daily operational responsibilities, hiring, training, evaluation, and termination. Communicate effectively with department and senior management regarding performance standards/metrics, client relationships, staff developement, and continuous improvement programs.
