Daily Duties at Insurance Management Solutions Group:
Manage Auto and Homeowner contact center assuring the highest levels of customer service, policy accuracy, and staff development and performance. Develop leadership and front-line staff in all aspects of performance, preparing and assessing annual performance. Provide leadership of daily operational responsibilities, hiring, training, evaluation, and termination. Communicate effectively with department and senior management regarding performance standards/metrics, client relationships, staff developement, and continuous improvement programs.
