* Manage technical resources responsible for supporting the importing of data into primary customer relationship management (CRM) systems. * Manage communication support relative to corporate switchboard resources and systems. * Identify, collect, analyze, and report call center analytics and metrics for department and senior management, providing appropriate recommendations for process and efficiency improvement.
