Developed Consulting Business for Commercial Land Developers, Community College Institutional Research, Local and County governments, Water and Sanitation Districts, Fire/E911 Districts. Overall Construction Project Management for Commercial Development Projects. Developed GIS Technical Reports for specific industry needs assessments. Applied mapping technologies for commercial land development. Technical tools used include Desktop GIS (ArcView, ArcMap, and limited experience with most other ESRI extensions) ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE, Trimble GPS field data collectors, database maintenance.
