Daily Duties at Target Corporation:
Lead a sales culture and drive sales performance for great profitability. Proactively leverage tools, reports and processes to meet company goals. Drive a safe and secure environment, focused on incident prevention. Act as a Safety Captain – lead the safety team, develop and implement safety program. Responsible for hiring, training and development of diverse and inclusive team. Assess and select top talent at all levels. Recognize, coach and provide meaningful feedback. Lead a compliance culture to mitigate legal risk. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Price Accuracy team.Hold the team accountable for accurate pricing, lead them to own accurate and current signing. Manage the Receiving/Reverse Logistics team to ensure timely and accurate receips, and credits for all direct-to-store deliveries. Empower team to deliver a great shopping experience.Model and drive proactive guest service.
