Develop company business plan and manage all operations in 2 different states of the Pacific Northwest. This includes land development, construction operations, design studio operations, sales & marketing, purchasing, cost control, scheduling, quality control and warranty service operations in the production of quality homes and communities according to established budgets and schedules, to meet customer expectations and established business goals.
