All aspects of the business for the practice fell to me as the physicians strictly wanted to treat patients. Therefore, HR and accounting duties, payroll, marketing, advertising were among my tasks. MSM was formed in order to handle these issues. I was the sole owner of MSM and the administrator of the PaIN.
