I am responsible for all accounts, coaches and new bsuiness on the west coast. I manage the coach recruiting, training and development. Ensuring they maintain target numbers and daily operations, I am responsible for accounty management ensuring they have top notch customer service, reporting and needs assessment. I am responsible fr growing the western territory with new business and upsaling current clients.
