I obtained this contract position through networking, specifically referral from a prior judge through a friend. It included updating files through Annual or Final Accountings with the Court; utilizing template forms for Wills, engagement letters, probate pleadings; opening new files; filing, telephone. Sole person supporting one attorney. When I started in this position, the office was unorganized and/or no processes in place. Organized the filing system, put together an A/C and A/R process, confirming appointments.
