I obtained this temporary assignment through networking, specifically collegues from prior employers. My duties included heavy typing, transcribing, opening and closing all files, receiving files and information through CounselLink, filing Answers and doing initial discovery for all files in suit, making travel arrangements, following up on all deadlines of work assigned to other attorneys, reviewing all faxes, keeping File List complete and up-to-date (which, in part, indicated status of each file and which attorney had been assigned to work on it), maintaining docket sheets for each file
