Provide consultative expertise for private venture specializing in development, operations, and consultative services for MRI/CT centers for the Veterinarian community to include: Business plan development, demographic evaluation, site selection, purchase, equipment installation, startup, contract negotiation, provider relationships, and successful daily operation of facilities. Established sales and marketing strategies and materials for each individual entity. Establish contractual arrangements, medical consultations, and all operational policies and procedures. Provide marketing and applications for MRI/CT unit operations and scanning protocols for successful clinical application.
