Managed major subcontracts valued at up to $150 million for software products and engineering services. Coordinated all aspects of supplier relationships in the Subcontract Management Team processes. Advised programmers, developers and engineers in the specifics of the program. Served as Control Account Manager. Analyzed the supplier’s cost, schedule, risk and performance for program software development, integration and testing. Evaluated and negotiated supplier proposals. Ensured supplier was working on correct baseline to support all technical requirements. Defined subcontractor work shares. Generated and finalized each subcontractor’s “Statement of Work.” Aligned subcontractors’ and Boeing’s schedules and technical/cost evaluations to support Boeing’s government proposals.
