Daily Duties at Becket & Lee, Llp:

Business Requirements documentation, Technical Documentation, use case illustration,business process analysis and reccommendation, logic tree illustration and analysys, define and implement B&L lifecycle for development, start up operation for Quality Assurance not previously a part of the lifecycle and define Quality Assurance methodology. Created the necessaery templates for requirement and technical documentation, define and implement document management methodology. Communicate and gain "buy in" for the use of standards in business peocess and development. Intiate document management. Start up operations of the Quality Assurance department, hired the staff, Defined and implemented methodology. Initiated User Acceptance and sign off. Selected tool for defect tracking, wrote initial test scripts, coordinated QA turnover and elements necesary for implementation. Key member in hiring team for re-engeneering consultants. Our initiative was to outsource to promote a cost efective changeover from "Clipper/DB2" to Object oriented three tiered environment utilizing MS technologies. Key member, implementing the development lifecycle, incorporating JAD, formal project requests, requirement building, and Quality insurance which were missing prior to my arrival. project managed Document Management, and the precurser of what we are callinng today business Inteligence.
