Daily Duties at Becket & Lee Llp:

Manage 4 Quality Assurance technicians, 23 developers, and manage a diverse group selected from a pool of over 200 business colleagues to deliver specialized in house applications. Project planning utilizing available resources, managing testing environments, assigning tasks strategically, and projecting delivery dates based on resource and workload. Manage system and business analysis, test planning, testing and user acceptance utilizizing Microsoft solutions including SQL, tools for imaging, MSVisio, and MSOffice 2005, 2007 and 2010 Coordinate with the CIO, BOA and Director of IS, assigning priorities for subsequent deliveries.The goals and objectives are driven by client need and ROI. Manage IS staff through day to day defect tracking and iteration. Allocating resources and strategic communication to those involved illustrating progress and determining sense of direction necessary to meet target dates. Other responsibilities include, quarterly application permissions audits in cooperation with PCI compliance guidelines, BOA and expectations of the business for accuracy and documentation. Managing CRM support for the business, handeling necesary updates, data corrections and training as needed.Working in cooperation with the BOA facilitating BI and business analysis.
