Daily Duties at King Systems:
define, produce, and implement documents including engineering drawings, equipment qualifications, and process instructions. Implement process and equipment solutions which improve safety, quality, delivery and cost. Develop tooling, fixtures, and equipment used in manufacturing to optimize productivity and cost. Interface with Quality and R&D to integrate new products or processes, Participate in cross-functional project teams to implement creative solutions. Interact daily with shop floor and manufacturing processes, Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of the engineering work in a part of a major project or total project scope, Review test procedures and plans prior to implementation, conduct failure analysis and inspection on products, processes and materials. evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, Devise new approaches to problems solving, Investigate, develop and implement new process technologies, Monitor performance of equipment, machines and tools and correct equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields or product quality issues, Identify and correct manufacturing process nonconformance’s identified during prototype builds.
