Hired in Shanghai China to implement anesthesia breathing circuit product line, responsible for product design, mold design review, manufacturing assembly lines , Completion of technical files, compliance with ISO standards, implement Lean and Six Sigma practices, design and build of test equipment. FDA registration, projected manufacturing cost, material selection, employee training, equipment installation and operation, product assembly, completion of corrugated tubing extrusion start up, tube designs, material selection, develop quality inspection criteria, develop operating procedures, work orders.
