Daily Duties at Humana:

Began as a department secretary to 3 staff managers. Was promoted to Administrative Assistant to the Medical Director and 5 middle management staff. I answered calls in the absence of the bosses and routinely answered what I could. Calls that required more attention were then routed to the appropriate manager. Opened all main and distributed it. Prepared most correspondence for the Medical Director except when specific information had to be included. Kept calendars for at least 2 managers. Assessed managerial needs before issues could arise. Scheduled meetings, prepared all expense accounts, developed priority system for secretarial needs of the managers, and generated departmental memos of information.
