Daily Duties at Humana:

Started as a Service Representative and was promoted to Senior Account Representative. I managed 4 junior staff members, assigned newly sold accounts to junior staff, coached the staff in customer relations and appropriate presentation skills, conducted yearly evaluations and recommended salary adjustments as warranted. Worked with Senior Sales Staff to identify potential clients. Recommended changes in current sold accounts to update coverage. Managed multiple politically sensitive accounts and resolved any potential problems before they could be escalated. Made presentations to newly acquired company employees (anywhere from 1 to 500 people) to educate the end user of their benefits and responsibilities. Conducted all enrollments on assigned accounts. Worked directly with Benefit Managers of companies to assess any potential issues.
