Daily Duties at International Services Inc.:

Responsible for analyzing small and medium sized companies and determine the financial impact of ownership decision making, corporate structure, business planning, and industry benchmarking. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative examination of each company to identify strengths and deficiencies. • Review and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance, A/P and A/R) to enhance company’s monitoring procedures. • Identify process improvements through audits of existing functionality and processes. • Identify key business drivers and evaluate current marketing and sales campaigns. • Developed and instituted company specific success metrics, criteria and checkpoints to monitor performance. • Identify constraints; re-develop processes, and maximizing efficiency through resource planning. • Developed forecast targets (short and long term) and analyses for all phases of product development cycles. • Conducted quantitative and qualitative research for the purpose of developing pricing and brand strategies. • Determine whether or not tax strategies should be implemented, tax defense services are needed; determine the level of asset protection may be needed as well as preparation for ‘exit strategy’ planning. • Determine whether current corporate entity structure is appropriate for the client’s needs. If not, assist in appropriate actions to address the inadequacies. • Assist in determining immediate plan of action to correct deficiencies as well as long term planning.
