Daily Duties at University Of Illinois:

Developed educational materials and programs, promoted educational opportunities for the general public. Directed and supervised unit’s staff and volunteers in providing education and events in community/economic development, youth development, agriculture/natural resources/horticulture, and consumer/family/nutrition issues. Responsible for: fiscal entrepreneurship and management; program scheduling; marketing; staff training, coaching, performance evaluation; securing volunteers, training, coaching, conflict resolution; and fostering local support and coalitions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and internal accounting software.
