Run day to day operations, hire and fire employees, train staff and photographers, sales, production, quality control. Started with a staff of4 and expanded to 8 employees. Currenly back to 4.Daily operations include, but are not limited to, answeing phone calls, scheduling appointments for photography and sales. Scheduling photographers, sales personnel and production personne, supervise quality control in photography as well as production, supervise production schedules and delivery times, photograph myself, sales duties, customer complaints, payroll, coordinate bookkeeper and accountant
