Daily Duties at Sanafafe:

* Design Automation and development of computer codes using Pro-Program * Lead design teams on assigned projects. Ensure project discipline deliverables for technical quality, accuracy and compliance with client standards * Produce designs that successfully integrate various mechanical components, by working closely with engineering disciplines using Pro-E, UG, AutoCAD etc * Mechanical and structural product and tool designing and detailing such as automobile parts, machine components, steel structures and thermal systems etc using Pro-E, Unigraphics, Ansys, AutoCAD, Pro-Mechanica, LS-DYNA * Structural analysis of building structures using Excel, E-TAB, AutoCAD & MathCAD * Tower and tower foundation design using ASTM codes, ETAB, MathCAD etc * Carry out Piping, Pressure Vessel and Storage Tanks designs. Produce Isometrics, G.As, Support drawings, Specials, Standard Drawings, Bill of materials and checking of group drawings using PV-Elite, AutoCAD and API and ASME codes * Carry out Fatigue Analysis of various pressure vessels and storage tanks using ASME codes and Ansys FE software to evaluate the life cycle of equipments * FE analysis and design evaluation using Ansys, IDEAS, Abacus, Pro-Mechanica and LS-DYNA for various machines and structural projects * Reverse engineering of machines and components including materials selection * Dimensional acceptance criteria development for jigs, fixtures, tools * Create bills of the materials for designs and liaising with clients * Scheduling, planning and monitoring of design projects * Projects review at higher management level with clients * Training and lectures to engineers and professionals in CAD CAM and FEA software and latest technology The following are some of the companies whom I have provided professional Computer Aided Designing, Computer Aided Manufacturing and Finite Element Analysis, consultancy services with some of them onsite and long term: Huawei Technologies, Telenor, Aramco, Indus Motors, Sherani Engineering, Parametric Technologies ( through InfoCAD ), NCB, PCSIR, Dollar Industries, Taha Engineering( Yamaha ), Siemens Pakistan, Huzefa Engineering, Tradesman International, Brothers Engineering Works, Infratech, Faraz Industries, Alandick, NED University, Comintra, Agrotool Merin, Metalco, Karachi Shipyard, Mobolink, Paktel, WorldCall, Quebee and several other companies
