Supervised 25 Customer Service Representatives providing daily metric/quality feedback, monitoring, and supervisor call backs when necessary. Night Operations closing supervisor: Concluded all business days transactions for Bank of America/Dow Jones business operatons, reviewed accounts daily transactios to ensure for accuracy. Oversaw sales of products of services to increase revenue opportunities for Bank of America credit card division. Provided retention of customers with expert knowledge of company products and services. Sustained and managed key credit card/Dow Jones high profile accounts
