Daily Duties at Adt:

Provided customer service to residentail customers, small business, and High Level goverment contracts. Utilized multi-phone system to refer customers to other departments when applicable. Provided customer retention regarding customers that requested closing account(s) and starting new account with competitor for home/small business security systems. Maintained business relationships with local ADT affliates in order to assist customer with complex problems not handled at Account Service Center department. Provided expert analysis of account status and utilized entire web-based system while providing customers opportunity to upgrade products and services.
