Last position Sales Financial Analyst II, maintain accurate and detailed information on all customers credit worthiness and financial transactions. Monitor co-op and accrual programs for customers such as WalMart, Office Depot, and Best Buy. Liaison to Sales VP notify him of noncompliant accounts. Periodically visit customers in both proactive and problem solving manner to prevent and resolve credit issues with WalMart. Marketing Communications Analyst, Analyze Intel Fund Utilization reports for Agent (Retailer) compliance. Worked with key accounts on Packard Bell NEC messaging and compliance follow up. Regional Credit Representative responsible for all credit and collection functions with the South West Region. Maintained average DSO of 45 to 55 days. Evaluate customer financials and recommend lines of credit. Supervise and direct collection personnel, provide training and support. Monitor and review monthly open accountsreceivable activity on customers. Negotiate settlement agreements. Periodic visits to customers.
