Daily Duties at Tekelec:
Responsible for analysis of customer financial data and maintenance of customer credit files on Oracle software. Evaluate and preparation of risk, collection analysis and trend reports to management, daily collection calls, support collection staff and management with complex collection resolutions and department problem solving. Perform account reconciliation and maintenance of resolution of differences. Interface with all internal departments, credit reporting services, and assocations.
