Daily Duties at Sentry Insurance Co:

Started as a Adjuster Trainee in Atlanta, GA in 1969 and progressed through the adjuster ranks until I was appointed Claims Manager of the Orlando Claims office in 1969. As Claims Manager was responsible for profitability of all lines of Commercial and Personal lines policies through control of claim payments. Direct supervison of a Propery Unit handling personal and commerical losses, a Worker's Compensation Unit, and a Casualty Unit handling all Personal Lines Auto, General Liability, Products, and related claims.
