Daily Duties at Kyocera Communications, Inc:

Managed an international development team that writes software for leading-edge handsets. This entails allocating development resources, establishing and tracking schedules, evaluation of product test feedback, as well as tracking and supporting all customer evaluation efforts. Point-of-contact for all software, quality, and hardware related issues for mobile devices. Additionally the technical account manager is responsible for negotiating compliance matrix exceptions, software issues, hardware issues, and quality concerns. Worked with internal teams to develop customer specific compliance matrices and specification documentation which were used for software development and project scoping. Provided technical account support as a customer manager for tier 1 and tier 2 national and international mobile phone providers. The customers included Verizon Wireless, Bell Mobility Canada, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Communications, and Public Mobile Canada.
