Daily Duties at Multi Arc Inc.:
As the sales director I was the leader of the ten member commercial sales team selling into a five state territory and Canada. Responsibilities for creating a competitve sales team selling into a highly protective and difficult customer focus. Deveolped, managed and motivated a highly productive sales team with a focus on product benefits, and value added pricing strategies. Responsible for program achiement for quality, costs and profitability. Managed the account managers and program managers and assisted in focus team creation. ensured cooperation with the functions and plant launch teams. Coordinated the commercial activities throughout the entire organization, engineering, quality improvements, quoting, negotiating, and reporting. Using my strong written and verbal skill, often times selected to present commercial finding of coating development to a wide network of international coating developers and for conflict resolution and problrm solving activities.
