Network Engineer • 1998-2002 Collected, analyzed and assessed customer-specific information during in-person visits with Account Managers. Leveraged collected data to develop and present network designs that met client needs. Product Support Analyst • 1996-1998 Acted as subject-matter expert providing expertise in Frame Relay, Dedicated IP and Dial IP services to account managers, network engineers, systems engineers, and sales teams to support new client acquisition efforts. Created technical responses to customer proposals.
