Serve as primary leadership focus for a team of management-level data support analysts responsible for providing key customer support during product incubation period prior to commercial product launch. Streamline communications with customers regarding service goals; orchestrate action plans in response to business changes. Assess production results and implement solutions to resolve problems and add production value. Manage, coach, and mentor team of analysts toward specific career goals.
