Daily Duties at Xerox Corporation:
I voluntarily sought alternative employment in the Rochester, NY area where my family lives. Due to my ability to independently deliver on a critical application and working experience, I was hired into a senior software application developer contract position with a considerable pay increase on a transportation solutions Research and Development team with a product which conducts Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on an object. I was assigned high priority software tasks in the areas of software system performance and analysis, MATLAB tool development, system integration, documentation, and configuration management. I reported task status in a weekly meeting on tasks completed, in progress, and any questions or discussion items that I had. Manager feedback for my work results showed team satisfaction in my software deliverables and teamwork-centered attitude.
