Daily Duties at Axson North America:
Recruited by the president of Axson SA France, and charged with an aggressive company turn-around plan. Managed the sales, customer service and marketing teams, and personally lead and closed sales at large, key accounts. Full accountability for this multi-national company with multiple plant locations in North America. Utlizing skills in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TS/ISO and QS problem solving methods and practical application while conducting prolem solving exercises. Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments on a daily basis. Reporting sales, operations and costs daily to French parent company. Traveled extensively in North America, Europe and Mexico visiting large customers and key vendors to maintain relationships and support. Full achievement responsibility of operational and financial performance objectives for the organization, with emphasis on profit and loss res[ponsibility.
