Daily Duties at Barnsco, Inc.:

Recuited to regain market share and return profitability. Devised and deployed all sales objectives and goals across the company. Searched out opportunities in new markets, new products and new customers. Handled multiple tasks and responsibilities, set long-term and mid-term goals and visualized solutions to problems as proven in lean management organizations developed to be profit centers. Guided a team of 5 supervisors and mid-level managers. Initiated cost saving plans leading to EBIT growth. Focused on inventory management, employee right-sizing, and cost control programs and incentives. Work with the staff to create results driven, team oriented environment, focued on employee safety, customer satisfaction, product quality, equipment efficiency and create improvement plans to reduce scrap, cycle times, inventory and obsolete materials. Managed a multi-plant location, operating one for steel part fabrication and the second, administration, sales, warehouse and distribution. Negoiated purchasing and sales contracts for the company with final approval for both functions.
