Daily Duties at General Mills Through Datrose:
Cross training in several departments of the Flour Mill and Cereal Plant including Safety, Lab Quality Control, Planning, Logistics, Milling, and Packaging. Applying programs of Workbrain, Maximo, MQIS, and SAP with growing responsibilities. Performing lab tests, implementing safety regulations, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, order tendering, managing weekly schedules, payroll, inventory organization, and scheduling with outside vendors. Collect and apply quality variances with data collection, safety and quality inspections, and lab results.
