Daily Duties at Ibm:

I was an MVS (Multiple Vendors Support) Service Delivery Manager on a Project Office Team that manages Enterprise Maintenance Agreement (EMA) for Best Buy and Kohl’s. I have extensive knowledge in the Supply Chain process and vendor management. I have successfully delivered services in five different accounts Best Buy, America trade, American express, Kohl’s, and IBM. Managed Bid process, negotiated face-to-face pricing and maintenance solutions. Interact directly with Executives to negotiate strategies and cost. I have established a strong relationship with clients by providing expertise through leadership and have recommended processes to improve service delivery for the customer, IBM and its vendors.
