Daily Duties at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care:
My responsibilities included; launching, writing, editing and publishing the company's first electronic newsletter; launching and marketing the organization's EDI-channel, HPHConnect; writing and streamlining Web content for improved access to provider and education materials; supporting ad hoc communication projects (i.e., letters, flyers, presentations, marketing collateral, etc.); developing concept and strategy and communication support for in-house trade shows, producing marketing materials and collateral for internal provider staff meetings and participation in external industry events, assisting with the development of communication required compliance with organizational IT initiatives
