Daily Duties at Samsung Electronics America, Inc:
• Applying major modules of SAP systems to daily AR and AP activities for Samsung branches nation wide. • Posting cash receipts resulted from various business activities. • Performing reconciliation with bank of New York. • Monitoring the daily cash management and posting journal entries based on cash activities. • Performing invoices verifications. • Processing in house orders and employee sales and reviewing the AR in house returnable products aging and investigation old outstanding items, unrecorded dales, and erroneous entries to the accounts. • Interfacing and data processing ADP payroll files for all North America branches and mornitoring whether the payroll expense, payroll tax, and other payroll related expenses are correctly posted in the system. • Processing fixed assets and running fixed assets depreciation. • Monthly closing(posting adjusting entries and inventory adjustment)
