Daily Duties at Total Tec Systems, Inc. A Company Of Bell Micro:
• Prepare standard monthly journal entries and adjusting journal entries for the month end close. • Sending Cash Net Position report to the head quarter. • Perform bank reconciliation for all cash accounts. • Imports fixed assets in FAS software and reconcile to the ledger. • Research and analyze assigned balance sheet accounts and expense accounts. Resolve any issues in a timely manner. • Supervise AR, AP activities. • Directing junior accountants by mentoring in standard procedures and work efficiency, conducting one-on-one training on accounting systems and triaging project tasks under tight timeline. • Being responsible for comprehensive AR, AP and general ledger for sister company - Net crew Systems Service, Inc
