Daily Duties at Tommy Hilfiger Usa, Inc:
• Develop, recommend and implement departmental policies, procedures and processes. • Assist in annual audits through preparation of audit schedules and documentation. • Prepare month end closing and generate all financial statements. • Analyze reporting budget against actual expenditures for management review. • Prepare and maintain 9 Corporate Bank Reconciliations. • Reconcile Corporate and wholesale balance sheet account and prepare all supporting schedules for balance sheet books. • Sublease Billing - Prepared invoices and send out to Sublease Tenants, resolve billing issues directly with Subleases. • Prepare financial reporting package. • Supervise one staff in General Ledger.
