Daily Duties at Lincoln Financial Distributors Lfd:
Territory Manamgement - Managed expenses, balanced time in the field with time in the office. Set and met personal activity goals. Managed Relationships making sure current producers are Happy and producing. Growing sales in the territory through Recruiting and Hiring New Producers. Meet Sales Goals through driving production in the territory by identifying business in Agents books of business. Help Producers Identify in their book of business the Clients that are that might be a good fit for our Long-term care product. Did point of sale directly to clients. Sold LTC(MoneyGuard) to Wire House, Bank and independent channels across Orange County and San Diego regions. Managed Key Accounts with Edward Jones, Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, Wachovia, US Bank, Morgan Stanley and UBS. Cold Calling and Setting Appointments daily. Organized Lunch and Learns. I where I brought in lunch and did a presentation on my product. Spoke to entire offices of people. Went in to the large wire houses and knocked on doors to introduce myself and pitch my product. Educated producers on the product and the different Kinds of Long-term Care.
