Daily Duties at Ohio National Financial Services:
Drove Sales Thought outside of the box to problem solve daily. Meet with personally and recruited new producers Cold calling on producers to introduce them to Ohio National Set appointments Educated producers as to where Ohio National fit into their book of business. Increased Sales through recruitment and building relationships with new and old producers. Managed all aspects of the Territory - Orange County to Paso Robles. Generated leads through personal networking and marketing with producers. Information gathering to help producer place clients in to right products. Presented who we are as a company, Why they should do business with us, specifically to groups and offices through lunch meetings Case Design / illustrator Maintaining client base Liaison between producer and home office Identify sales opportunities in producers books of business. Aid in completing sales cycle Negotiating with underwriting
